Cadets Birthday Parties 8-15yrs (min height restriction 127cm/4ft 2”)

A birthday party is a bookable event and suitable for up to 10 children. Following our comprehensive safety briefing and instruction from our NKA-trained marshals, the budding young racing drivers take to the track.

The children are split into two groups with each group taking alternating 10 minute sessions on the circuit throughout 1 hour.
After the thrill of the circuit the fun continues in the party room, with birthday cake and soft drinks, party bags and the presentation of a trophy to the birthday child.

Kubz Karting Parties 5-7yrs (maximum height restriction 127cm/4ft 2”)

Kubz Karting parties take place on our mini-circuit, using our smaller, battery-powered Kubz karts. To keep the little ones entertained while they’re not on the track, our bouncy ball pool adds to the fun and excitement.

After the thrill of the circuit, the fun continues in the party room, with birthday cake and soft drinks, party bags and the presentation of a trophy for the birthday child.

For your child’s first taste of the thrill of Motorsport, or if they’re keen to hone their circuit skills, our Arrive & Drive practice session can’t be beaten. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will guide your child though the experience, starting with an in-depth video safety briefing. With all the aspects of karting clearly explained the young drivers don racing suits and helmets and take to the twists and turns of our exciting multi-level circuit, where they can try and clock-up their own personal best lap times.

Don’t forget to pick up your session analysis - which includes all important lap times – before going home!

The Cadet Karting Club 8-15yrs (min height restriction 127cm/4ft 2”)

If the exciting world of Motorsport really gets your child’s engine revving, bring them down to the Anglia Indoor Kart Racing Cadet Karting Club. Club members meet every Sunday morning at 9am and have exclusive use of the track from 9.30am to 11.00am. During the club’s session, all aspects of kart control and racing technique are taught in a safe and friendly – but competitive! – environment.

When a Cadet reaches the required skill level, they can enter our regular Cadet Championships and Monthly Top Driver Award.

For the younger potential member (8yrs) we advise that they try one of our ‘Arrive & Drive’ sessions before joining.

School Activity Days 8-16yrs (min height restriction 127cm/4ft 2”)

Specifically tailored for school groups and youth clubs, Activity Days give students the thorough understanding of the skills required to safely compete in indoor kart racing.

All drivers are given an in-depth briefing from our experienced instructors, explaining safety procedures, circuit skills and racing lines, before taking to the circuit to put into practice what they have learned. If the students meet our required standards of safe driving, they can progress to competitive racing.

20 drivers (minimum for exclusive use) – 3 hours
21-30 drivers – 4 hours
31-40 drivers – 5 hours

NB: Groups smaller than 20 could be combined with other small groups and duration will be dependant on final numbers.

Private Hire

This event is unique as well allow for groups of adults, or mixed adults and children (8yrs+) wishing to enjoy the thrill of karting but without the pressure of a formalised race meeting.

We structure this event so that you can enjoy learning to improve your fastest lap time and circuit skills, in timed sessions, with printouts of your achievements after each session.

The circuit may be booked exclusively by your group for 1 or more hours maximum of 8 drivers on the circuit at any one time.

Mini Moto’s Owner Rider Club 8yrs+

Held on the first Tuesday of every month 6pm start 10pm finish

Our session caters for the enthusiast who owns their own Mini Moto. This session provides the unique opportunity for the riders to hone their skills on our challenging yet safe circuit.

NB: Children under 16yrs MUST be accompanied by an adult over 18yrs

Scrutineering
All bikes must pass our stringent scrutineers:

No water-cooled engines
No metal fairings or frame parts protruding
No overly rich air/fuel mixtures
No knobbly tyres (slicks only)
No pit bikes or Midi Moto’s
No engine bigger than 50cc

Please be aware that you MUST bring your own fuel and refuel outside. Riders must also wear overalls/helmets/gloves

Kids Activity Days 8 - 15 yrs

Run during the holidays. An action packed, fun filled day. The day will be split into safety briefing, track tour, practice sessions, driver tuition, team competitions, individual racing and much more.
